The Annex Teen Clinic started in 1971 with the vision of providing low cost, confidential
sexual health care to teens in a confidential, nonjudgmental environment. It has been
in the same location (Lower Level of the Historic Robbinsdale Library Building) for a number of years.
Today, the Annex Teen Clinic continues to support the youth of Northwest Hennepin County in the
challenging transition from adolescence to adulthood through education, healthcare, counseling
and advocacy. Our youth-friendly staff offer professional, reassuring and accurate health
services to young people from Minneapolis and the surrounding suburbs. If you would like to

St. David's Child Development and Family Services and it is for teens who are pregnant,
19 and younger and a resident of the Northwest suburbs of Minneapolis.

Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs

are with alcohol and other drugs. The site offers quizzes, videos and treatment referrals.
Tobacco Free: http://www.notobacco.org/ seeks to empower smokers to quit and to motivate
youth to stay tobacco free.
Eating Disorders

information about eating disorders, resources and where to find help.
National Eating Disorders Association: www.nationaleatingdisorders.org offers a helpline
and referrals for parents, families and friends who have a loved one with an eating disorder.
Suicide Prevention
Suicide Awareness Voices of Education – SAVE: www.save.org is a Minnesota program that seeks to
prevent suicide through public awareness and education, reduce stigma, and serve as a resource
for those touched by suicide. They also promote a 24-hour, toll-free hotline: 1-800-273-TALK.
