The fees for clinic services at the Annex are on a sliding scale, and are based on your income. Most of our patients qualify for financial assistance. We do not turn people away if they can’t pay. We also don’t send bills home and we don’t use collection agencies.
Minnesota Family Planning Program (MFPP)
MFPP provides free family planning services at the Annex, including all birth control methods, STI testing, and yearly exams.
You are eligible for this program if you:

- Are a U.S. citizen or a non-citizen who is qualified to participate in federally funded programs
- Have an income at or below 200 percent of federal poverty guidelines (under $2010 gross monthly income for a single person). Your parents’ income is not considered in the application.
- Are not pregnant
- Are not enrolled in Medical Assistance, MinnesotaCare or General Assistance Medical Care.

We accept many types of insurance. Bring in your insurance card and our staff can help figure out if your services would be covered under insurance.
For those who can’t use insurance or don’t qualify for the MN Family Planning Program, we offer reduced rates and flexible payment plans using a sliding scale. We ask that you pay what you can when you can. We’ll keep track of your balance for you.
If you have questions about billing or clinic costs, give us a call at 763.533.1316. We’re happy to help you figure it out!
