Awesome! Congratulations for wanting to understand yourself better, or the people in your life that you care about. The Annex Clinic is here to support and celebrate you.
The term “LGBTQ” stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning/queer. We have chosen to use the term “queer and trans youth” because this is how the youth we work with overwhelmingly self-identify and prefer to be named.
We provide sexuality education and clinical services for all young people, including queer and trans youth. Know that you are always welcome to bring your partner or other support people to the Annex!
Queer and trans young people around the United States and around the world have the right to safe and accepting environments, including homes, schools, and health care settings, and the right to live with dignity and without fear from stigma, discrimination and violence.
Looking for a group where you can meet great people and feel supported?
Consider joining the Annex Advisory Council (AAC). The AAC is an awesome group of people (ages 15-19) who meet once a week at the Annex to have fun, learn about themselves and each other, and make a difference in their communities. The AAC is not only for LGBTQ people – it’s for everyone! Check us out or call us to learn more about AAC.
