We believe that young people make great decisions for themselves when they have all the facts. The Annex provides a full range of education services for young people, for parents, and for professionals who work with youth.

Our Education Presentations are done in the schools, in the community, and virtually. Interested individuals can request presentations for their group, class, or organization on how to help young people take charge of their health.

If you have any questions about Education Programming, please reach out to our Director of Sexuality Education, Khadijah Cooper.

Based on the teachings of SisterSong, we integrate Reproductive Justice practices into our work and our teachings.

We believe that Reproductive Justice is…

A human right. RJ is based on the United Nations’ internationally-accepted Universal Declaration of Human Rights, a comprehensive body of law that details the rights of individuals and the responsibilities of government to protect those rights.

Reproductive Justice is about access, not choice. Women of color and other marginalized people often have difficulty accessing: contraception, comprehensive sex education, STI prevention and care, alternative birth options, adequate prenatal and pregnancy care, domestic violence assistance, adequate wages to support our families, safe homes, and so much more.
