Serving North Minneapolis
A culturally relevant program led by community members.

The Annex is invested in our community. Our staff strive for authentic connections to communities across the Northwest Metro area. We provide community outreach services because we want to meet people where they are, and we work hard to build relationships and trust so we can continue to provide care that is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and adaptive to the needs of our community. Visit our Events Calendar to learn where we will be doing outreach next!

Clinical Outreach Services

Clinical Outreach staff provide a variety of programming in the Northwest Metro, including:

  • Community-based HIV & STI Testing
  • Black Women’s Advisory Council
  • Community Partnerships & Collaboration
  • Outreach Information and Testing at Community Events

These activities are made possible by grants from the Eliminating Health Disparities Initiative and Early Intervention Services of the Minnesota Department of Health.

For more information on our Outreach Services or how to get involved in a youth-led program, contact our HIV Outreach Coordinator Trina Holley.

If you are interested in having the Annex present at your outreach event, please get in touch with our Director of Clinical Services and Operations, Molly Berg, with event details.

Community Restoring Urban Youth Sexual Health (CRUSH)

We value and strive to integrate all young people’s perspectives into our outreach. Our CRUSH Youth Council works hard to promote stigma reduction, STI prevention, and peer education for their communities.
